When you wake up this morning remember why you are waking up and fighting the good fight.
When your negative thoughts start to attack you, remember your why.
When you wake up feeling broken and alone, remember your why.
When the world seems to be crashing in and the waves are taking over, remember your why.
When you want to turn to the way easy out and fast comfort like a double cheeseburger, remember your why.
My reason is up in Heaven and I can’t wait to see him.
My reason is a six year old who’s laughter, bravery and creativity keeps me going.
My reason is my husband who encourages me everyday and loves me for all my crazy.
My reason is my family and friends who are always there for me even if my negative thoughts tell me they are not.
My reason is myself – I am beautifully and wonderfully made!
