Pages 1 & 2 - This page will show Grayson in the classroom sitting next to Mikey drawing a photo, and Grayson is drawing a photo of a giant building.
“Mikey, guess what? I’ve decided what I want to be when I get older.” Grayson revealed it to his best friend.
“What’s that?” Mikey asked, looking at Grayson.
“I want to be an architect.” Grayson exclaimed with excitement in his voice showing the photo of his building. “What do you think?”
Mikey started to laugh and then said, “I think you need to come up with another plan”
Grayson looked at this friend with the saddest eyes and then looked down at his photo and said, “Well, I think it looks great!” But tried to hide a tear that wanted to come out.
This page will show Grayson at home on his bed looking at his drawing with a tear coming down his eyes. Trex is sitting next to him.
“Maybe Mikey is right. I’m never going to be good enough to be an architect” Grayson said out loud to the empty room. Just then he heard a noise that sounded like a gust of wind and he turned to see his favorite stuffed T-Rex had come alive.
“Trex!” Grayson exclaimed as he hugged him “What are you doing alive?”
“Grayson, I never want to hear you talk like that.” Trex immediately said
“Talk like what?” asked Grayson
“Negative, what happened?” asked Trex
“I told Mikey about my big dream of being an architect and he told me I would never be one because I’m not good enough at drawing.” explained Grayson
“What? Come with me!” Trex said as he jumped into Grayson’s arm “Get ready to see what dreams can do?”
This page will show Grayson & Trex in the tornado spin
Then this page will show them in on top of the Empire State Building
“Whoa!” Grayson shouted as he looked all around him. He could see buildings all around him, some were small and some were tall. It was the most beautiful sight he had ever seen. “Are we in New York?”
“We are, look around you Grayson what do you see?” asked Trex
“I see all sizes of buildings, they are awesome!” answered Grayson
“And how do you think these buildings were created?”
“I don’t know.” Grayson said as he took in the view. “This view is never ending.”
“I will tell you how, someone had a dream, and then they designed it. So you see, Grayson, if you have a dream don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it.” said Trex
“But Mikey was right, look at my drawing it looks nothing like these buildings.”
“That’s because architects have to practice and go to school to learn how to build like these, but if this is your dream don’t let one comment scare you from making it come true. Trex told him as he jumped into Grayson’s arms, “Come on, let's check out another place.”
Another page showing the tornado twirl

Trex looks down from the bridge and says, “Yes, we are and I wanted to remind you of what your mom always tells you that you can do anything as long as you put your mind to it and work hard.”
“But what if I can’t?” Grayson said honestly.
“But what if you can?” Trex answered him “Look at this place! What if one of your buildings was in that skyline?”
“That would be awesome!” Grayson said smiling.
“Come on, We have to get you home for baseball practice” Trex said as he jumped into Grayson’s arms.
This page will be another tornado
This page will show Grayson and Trex back in his room.
“Trex, that was amazing! Thank you for inspiring me and showing those awesome buildings.” Grayson said as he hugged Grayson.
“You’re welcome and just remember everyone of those skyscrapers, bridges, stadiums and other small buildings all started with one person having a dream so always remember to dream big dreams!”
The End
Always Smile, Michelle
